Investment Strategy

We are looking to support small- to mid-cap companies in Europe with an entreprise value of between EUR 5m and EUR 100m. The company needs to show proven positive cashflows, leadership (in a market, niche or product) and a business plan confirming sustainable and realistic growth potential. We are not offering to take over day-to-day management but we will act as a hands-on investor. |
